The Brazilian Symposium on Geoinformatics (GEOINFO) is an annual conference for exploring research, development, and innovative applications in geographic information science and related areas. Papers should describe original ongoing or recently finished work. A scientific committee will review the submissions. Over the years, the GEOINFO series have brought to Brazil the leading researchers on GIScience and Spatial Databases to present the local community a perspective of the state-of-the-art in these areas.
